Redskins vs. Saints – 1st Quarter Thoughts

Love the play calling by Kyle Shanahan. In a raucous house like the Superdome, calling dink and dunks on the first drive was just brilliant.

The `Redskins line needs to block a little better on runs.

Looks like the Redskins have incorporated quite a bit of the spread offense RGIII ran at Baylor. This is good and exciting. The Redskins are also very patient on offense which keeps the Saints offense off the field.

Exit question: Not a lot of Leonard Hankerson and Santana Moss in the first quarter – is this by design?
