Redskins Vs. Saints – Keys To The Game

When the Redskins have the ball:

  1. Be patient
  2. Run the football
    1. This will keep Drew Brees & Co off the field
  3. Offensive line MUST protect RGIII
    1. This is to prevent 3rd & long situations

When the Saints have the ball (Redskins on defense):

  1. Be patient
    1. Drew Brees loves to dink & dunk the ball as he gets rid of the ball very quickly
  2. Keep everything in front of you
  3. Tackle well
    1. When receiver gets the ball – swarm to the ball and tackle well.
