President Calvin Coolidge Independence Day Speech 1926

John Calvin Coolidge, the 30th president of the United States, was born on July 4, 1872. I usually post President Reagan’s terrific Independence Day speech on July 4 but, I just got done reading President Coolidge’s speech on the 150th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence on July 5, 1926, in Philadephia.

This is a brilliant speech and well worth a few minutes to read. Click this link to read the speech.
