Parkland Students Shouldn’t Have Been Flung Into Politics

Over a year after the terrible mass shooting in Parkland, Florida, a Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School Dad whose daughter was a victim writes an op-ed at USA Today lamenting that after the Parkland shooting, there was a maniacal emphasis on hashtags and photo-ops and no time for the community to heal. Recently, two Parkland students took their own life because of this.

The media lied to the Parkland community and used them to push a gun control narrative.

This is a great read and well worth a few minutes.
