Donald Trump Calls Beyonce A ‘National Scandal’

Good to see someone calling her out for her performance. I don’t think it rates the label of ‘national scandal’. Inappropriate is much more like it. My four-year-old son asked me during Beyonce’s performance ‘Is that how you have sex??’

Media mogul Donald Trump slammed Beyonce’s Super Bowl performance as ‘ridiculous’ and inappropriate.

Appearing on the ‘Howard Stern Show,’ Trump said the singer was too ‘suggestive’ for a national audience.

‘When Beyonce was thrusting her hips forward in a very suggestive manner, if someone else would have done that it would have been a national scandal,’ Trump, 66, said. ‘I thought it was ridiculous … I thought it was not appropriate.’

Beyonce’s performance was heavily praised by music critics, despite the unflattering photographs that emerged afterwards of her making particularly aggressive faces while she danced.
Trump said he thought it was strange that no one else has criticized her for her scandalous dance moves.

‘There’s been no mention of it,’ he said. ‘So obviously, it must not have been so bad. She gets a pass.’

Trump isn’t shy about making his opinions known on other celebrities and well-known personalities.

His targets in the past have included actress Kristen Stewart and Huffington Post President Arianna Huffington.

Interested In Being A Racing President? (Video)

The Washington Nationals are hosting tryouts/auditions next week for the 2013 Racing Presidents. If you go, I hope you fare better than the person in the Jefferson costume in the video above.

The Washington Nationals are looking for a few people to suit up with the team.

The Nationals don’t need players. They’re looking for people who want to portray the team’s costumed presidents who have raced against one another in the fourth inning since 2006.

Applications are due by Feb. 20. Auditions are March 2.

The team’s mascots started out as the four presidents found on Mount Rushmore: George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln and Theodore Roosevelt. Last season Roosevelt won the fourth-inning race for the first time. The team said in January that a William Howard Taft will join the race this season.

Potential mascots have to be able to run from center field to home plate in 40 seconds and wear a 45 pound costume for several hours.

Personally, I’m interested to see how fast William Howard Taft can run considering he was a pretty big guy like me.

It’s quite a coup for the 20-year-old model.

Kate Upton sure can work a bikini — so much so that she has landed the coveted cover of the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue two years in a row.

Clad in just a pair of skimpy white bikini bottoms and a fur-lined hooded parka, the bombshell blonde strikes a sexy pose against an icy-capped Antarctic background for the 2013 cover shot. The headline? Polar Bare. The company, which had hoped to announce the cover on the Late Show With David Letterman, made the reveal via a Twitter post after the cover image was leaked online.

“We can finally talk about Antarctica!!!!!…Took us 2 months to thaw out,” Upton tweeted after the reveal.

Upton joins a short list of models who have appeared on the cover multiple years in a row including Christie Brinkley (1979, 1980 and 1981) and Elle MacPherson (1986, 1987 and 1988).

Study: The Best Post-Workout Thirst Quencher Is…

Not water.

Who knew beer could rehydrate you better as well as help with your aches & pains?

Via KSHB

KANSAS CITY, Missouri – Forget water or Gatorade. The drink of choice to rehydrate after a workout is beer.

Researchers at Granada University in Spain found beer can help retain liquid better than water alone. The results were published in the British newspaper The Telegraph.

The study involved a group of students. They were asked to work out until their body temperature reached 104 degrees.

Researchers then gave beer to half of the students and water to the other half.

They said the bubbles in the beer help quench thirst while the carbohydrates help make up for burned calories.

Obama Voter Plans To Fight For Right To Vote Twice (Video)

This Cincinnati voter plans to fight for the right to vote as many times as she likes. Except, that it’s called voter fraud. Chris ‘Tingles’ Matthews smeared the GOP recently saying that the GOP is trying to prevent people from voting. No Chris, the GOP is trying to prevent what happened in Cincinnati and in Virginia so that Democrats can’t flood the system illegally.

[D]emocrat oi has been an official poll worker for the last quarter century and registered thousands of people to vote last year. She candidly admitted to Cincinnati’s Channel 9 this week that she voted twice in the last election.

Richardson insists she has done nothing wrong and promises to contest the charges: “I’ll fight it for Mr. Obama and for Mr. Obama’s right to sit as president of the United States.”
