Great post By Ed Morrissey at Hot Air about the recent Wisconsin reforms.
Great cartoon on ‘Nanny’ Michael Bloomberg from Henry Payne at Townhall.com. No wonder millionaires are moving out of New York in record numbers eh?
WTH is this world coming to?
CLEVELAND (AP) — An Ohio man says he was giving money to a panhandler in a wheelchair when the cash fell to the ground and he was cited by police for littering.
WJW-TV reports John Davis, of Elyria, could have been ticketed for donating to a panhandler but instead was cited for a potentially more expensive violation issued to people who dump trash. It’s a $344 ticket, plus court costs and attorney fees.
The 42-year-old Davis says he was driving May 17 when he spotted the panhandler and reached out of his vehicle to give the man a couple of dollars, but the money dropped.

The broadcast media’s blackout on news of the Catholic Church’s lawsuit against the Obama administration continues apace, while the news media covers much more important events like who won American Idol.
So it’s no wonder that MRCTV’s Dan Joseph found only one person yesterday who knew about the lawsuit. Most of those interviewed knew more about the American Idol winner than the Catholic Church lawsuit thanks to the media blackout.
I would say that you ban it under all circumstances and I would predict, I’m not encouraging, but I an predicting that the first guy who uses a Second Amendment weapon to bring a drone down that’s been hovering over his house is going to be a folk hero in this country.
Great piece in the NY Post from Gary Buiso.
