IMHO, this is a stroke of genius. Click this link to read the news.
Liberals REALLY hate patriotism don't they? I have no problem with this discussion here about this promotion from Under Armour for the Wounded Warrior Project except for the part where Mr. Blackistone calls the National Anthem a 'War' Anthem and that it should not be played before games. My take on the whole issue about the uniforms is that has there NEVER been any blood splatter on a football uniform before?? Of course there has.
ESPN's Stephen A. Smith and Skip Bayless debate this subject. IMHO, the Jags should DEFINITELY sign Tebow because Tim Tebow is a winner and a fighter. Two things the Jags are not.
On ESPN, Damien Woody and Darren Woodson break down the trade that sent Browns RB Trent Richardson to the Colts for a 2014 first-round pick. They make some good points here but, the point is that now Coach Rob Chudzinski and staff now have to show that even with the trade the Browns aren't giving up on the season. Long term, this is a good move because Richardson was not considered a good fit for the Browns.
I watched portions of the Nationals vs. Braves day/night doubleheader yesterday and wondered why the players weren't wearing the blue and gold caps that were in the news (see this link too). Keith Olbermann explains why.
Saw this on video of Grace Potter and The Nocturnals rocking the Baseball Tonight theme on YouTube yesterday. Is ESPN using it?
K.C. Joyner at ESPN provides some compelling evidence. With the type of offense the Patriots run, I'm not buying it. Click this link to read it (subscription required).
