This was going to be a hard one for George Zimmerman to prove without the testimony of an NBC employee who could testify to the malice intent.

Considering that the FBI spent substantial time interviewing people who knew George Zimmerman and could find NO evidence that Zimmerman is a racist, I do not believe there was racial profiling in this case but otherwise, Charles Barkley nails it and speaks the truth. This photo should only be news to you if you haven’t paid attention to the case. This photo of George Zimmerman’s great-grandfather should raise significant questions as to whether or not Zimmerman racially profiled Trayvon Martin and is yet one more reason why the federal government will have an extremely hard time bringing a civil rights or hate crimes case against George Zimmerman.
Just ask the FBI.
