Will Redskins QB RGIII be the most talked about celebrity when you wake up tomorrow? Maybe not as much as Miley Cyrus was yesterday but, I'm betting ESPN and CSN Washington talk about this for much of the day leading up to the Washington Redskins meaningless fourth preseason game later in the evening.
