Here’s the question of the day, if you’re goalie Braden Holtby or even John Carlson, who gets behind Holtby to protect the net, how do you NOT force the goal off its moorings to stop play with the Rangers banging away down low? This would have stopped play and made the Rangers take a faceoff in the Caps zone. The clock would have expired and the Caps would have won.
